Casey Spurzem, Born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, Casey Spurzem has built his career from the ground up—literally. What started as shoveling rock alongside a friend grew into a leadership role as a maintenance foreman, managing small projects, and eventually running his own contracting business for five years. His entrepreneurial background and hands-on field experience ultimately brought him back to commercial construction, where he found his way to Haydon and Earthscapes.
As a Project Engineer, Casey is responsible for coordinating with trade partners, vendors, and project teams to ensure jobs run smoothly and successfully. Guided by the mindset, “Work well with what you have, not what you want,” he approaches each project with resourcefulness and determination.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys being a dad, weightlifting, camping, snowboarding, and unwinding with video games.
