Gilbert Regional Park Phase 1 & Phase 1B

The initial phases of Gilbert Regional Park are comprised of 54 acres located between Higley Road and the East Maricopa Floodway. The project includes an iconic playground, splash pad, pickleball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, an eight-acre urban fishing lake, entry monuments, trails, and turf areas. As well as performing all the landscaping around these features, Earthscapes successfully planted by crane five 72 inch box specimen trees and eight 20 foot date palms in hardscaped and play areas. 11 acres of turf for an event lawn was established by placement of hydro-stolons.
